In-School Therapy Services

Bringing mental health support directly into the school day

We provide on-site therapy services that meet students where they already are — in the school environment. By removing transportation barriers and scheduling challenges, students can access consistent, high-quality mental health care that supports both academic success and emotional well-being.

Our goal is to partner with schools and families to create a safe, supportive framework that helps students regulate emotions, strengthen relationships, and build lifelong coping skills.

Faith-Based Partnership With Christian Schools

We are honored to partner with Christian schools that desire mental health care aligned with biblical values. Our clinicians are able to thoughtfully integrate faith into therapy in developmentally appropriate ways, supporting students spiritually, emotionally, and psychologically.

Biblical integration may include:

  • Helping students connect emotional growth with spiritual identity
  • Encouraging reflection on truth, hope, and resilience through Scripture
  • Supporting students in understanding their worth and dignity as image-bearers of God
  • Reinforcing school values of compassion, responsibility, and community
  • Collaborating with school leadership in a way that respects the school's mission

Why School-Based Therapy?

Students spend most of their day at school. Providing therapy in that setting allows support to be:

  • Immediate and accessible
  • Integrated into the student's daily environment
  • Collaborative with teachers and support staff
  • Consistent and sustainable
  • Less disruptive to family schedules

Early support in the school setting can improve emotional regulation, behavior, attendance, and classroom engagement.

Who We Serve

We support students experiencing:

  • Anxiety and stress
  • Depression or mood challenges
  • Trauma and adverse experiences
  • Behavioral concerns
  • Social or peer difficulties
  • Emotional regulation struggles
  • Family transitions or instability
  • Academic-related stress

Services are tailored to each student's developmental stage and individual needs.

Our Approach

Our clinicians use a trauma-informed, relationship-centered approach that prioritizes safety, connection, and regulation before problem-solving. Therapy may include:

  • Individual counseling
  • Skill-building for emotional regulation
  • Social skills development
  • Coping strategies for stress and anxiety
  • Family collaboration when appropriate
  • Coordination with school staff

We believe healing happens in relationship and that every student deserves to feel seen, supported, and capable. When appropriate, we incorporate faith-sensitive language and practices that affirm hope, restoration, and purpose.

Partnership With Schools

We work collaboratively with school teams to:

  • Coordinate scheduling with minimal classroom disruption
  • Support student success plans
  • Maintain appropriate communication while protecting confidentiality
  • Align with existing school support systems
  • Respect and reinforce the school's spiritual mission

Our services are designed to strengthen the resources schools already provide — not replace them.

For Parents & Guardians

Participation requires parent/guardian consent. Families remain actively involved in the therapeutic process and receive regular updates when appropriate. We are committed to transparency, collaboration, and honoring family values.

For Christian families, we welcome conversations about how faith can be integrated into care in a way that is meaningful and respectful.
